Autofire and lots of fixes!

Added autofire with autoaim! For players preferring a more automated playstyle, you can now toggle autofire off and on with Middle Mouse or TAB, or Down (D-Pad) on a controller.
You can override the autoaim at all times by aiming with the right controller stick, or by holding the left mouse button down.
If you prefer the manual aiming playstyle, that is of course still available and the default!
default to borderless fullscreen
fix music loop issues
add warning when run will be abandoned upon exit
